An Opportunity to Reflect on 1st Quarter

Happy Friday,
I hope everyone has made it a great week. It is hard to believe we are one week away from the end of first quarter. Wow, time flies when you are having fun! It will be Christmas break before you know it. However, we still have a lot of school to do and there is an important event on the horizon.
During the first three days of November, Riverside will have Preschool through 9th-grade fall parent-teacher conferences. This is an important time for everyone involved; students, parents, and teachers. It is a great opportunity to reflect on the first nine weeks of the school year and hear about all the great things Riverside students are doing in the classroom. It is also a necessary time for each teacher to outline strategies to help students become even more successful in the academic setting.
We have a fantastic faculty who strive to see all students succeed but they can’t do it alone. Students do better in school when parents are involved and working with teachers and supporting their children from home. Please make it a point to sign up today. We have moved to a total online sign-up. You should have received an email with a link to signup.com where you can select the teacher and time.
Remember that Preschool –Kindergarten will not have school those three days and 1st – 9th grades will be released at 11:30.
