We are delighted you and your family have decided to join us as we develop students who are prepared, both academically and spiritually, to serve the Lord Jesus Christ through their character and leadership.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES FOR NEW STUDENTS (who are U.S. citizens):

2011-12 Tuition and Fees

A. Complete enrollment online at https://online.factsmgt.com/Emp/Public/Enroll.aspx?tk=3F889, which will include a $115.00 non-refundable) enrollment fee.

B. Give Church Involvment form 11-12 to pastor to fill out and return to RCS. Regular church attendance in a Bible believing, Evangelical church, which is in agreement with the RCS statement of faith, is a requirement for admission to RCS.

C. Volunteer Clearance Form (Click Vounteer Clearance Form for PDF download). All persons who are interested in working with children in any capacity must complete a background check. Adults who have been convicted of either sexual or physical abuse will not be eligible for service hours in any school sponsored activity involving students.

D. Arrange to take the admittance test (admittance test may not be administered until completion of all the

above steps).

E. An interview may be scheduled with the applicant and at least one parent.

F. Certificate of Immunization Status (Oct. 2008) completed and signed. Click on link for requirements and

G. If you plan on utilizing school bus transportion please fill out Bus 2011-2012 form and return to RCS.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES FOR CURRENT STUDENTS:

2011-12 Tuition and Fees

Riverside Christian School is excited to offer a new online enrollment and tuition payment program for the 2011-2012 school year with FACTS Management Company. All families, new and returning, will sign up for an actively managed payment plan right from our school's website. You will have the opportunity to re-enroll your student and pay in full or schedule budgeted monthly payments.

· International students will need to list their U.S. residence information in the Family Information section of the Application Form. Fill in country of origin address under Student Information on the Application Form

4. Secondary Commitment Contract (click Secondary Student Commitment Contract for PDF download for MS & HS students only)

6. Complete and submit SLEP (Secondary Level English Proficiency) test results to Riverside Christian

School

7. Email I-20 information to rvanbeek@riversidechristian.net
