The Lord speaking to Moses says, "Take from among you a contribution to the Lord; whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it as the Lord's contribution..."  We have long believed and have seen evidence from the past that families would rather support the school from a willing heart than higher fees or significantly increased tuition.

Between now and June, charitable giving from the Annual Fund (the money the school family must raise every year through fundraising and charitable giving) needs $350,000 for the school to finish in the black.  This is in addition to the average of the normal fundraising.

Hearing of this need, a friend of RCS has committed to match up to $170,000 of the $350,000 needed to meet this year's budget demands.  Other friends raised the matching amount of $5,000 meaning that the match is dollar for dollar!

As we work to maintain the full program at Riverside, we pray that the Lord will stir and move the hearts of our friends and families to support this vital ministry.  Our benefactors, while wishing to remain anonymous, hope that those who appreciate and believe in the ministry of Riverside, will join them in meeting the budget needs.  Please prayerfully consider how your family might participate, then mail or drop by your contribution to the Exodus 35:5 Matching Fund along with the completed pledge form to Riverside Christian School.
